Hello, my name is Phyllis and I've been a hair stylist in New York for over 30 years. I've had my own salon for 12 years, but have been doing hair all over the Bronx and Westchester County for 20 years. I specialize in color, highlights, Brazilian, keratin treatments, haircuts, styling updos and waves; basically anything you ask for, I can replicate.
